Oil removal filter (painting line, paint manufacturing line, parts cleaning line)
This is a bag filter made from melt-blown polypropylene fibers with oil absorption capability. It removes oil that is dissolved in an emulsion state.
The oil that is dissolved in an emulsion state in the liquid is removed by adsorption using a bag filter made of melt-blown polypropylene fibers with oil absorption capability. If oil components infiltrate the paint, it can cause defects during painting, so complete removal is necessary on the production line. Similarly, in a paint circulation-type electrodeposition coating line, craters caused by oil can occur in the paint film, leading to painting defects that require rework. In the wastewater line, oil removal is necessary before the sludge treatment equipment. Since it is a bag filter, it can be installed and used on the production line, allowing for product filtration while in use, thus serving two purposes with one unit. If there are no oil components, standard filtration filters can also be used. It is also possible to operate it solely for emergency response. 【Applications】 - Manufacturing lines for chemicals, inks, paints, resins, and adhesives - Electrodeposition coating lines in the automotive/parts industry - Wastewater in the chemical, food, and beverage industries 【Product Overview】 EATON Corporation (Eaton Filtration) - Element material: Melt-blown polypropylene - Filtration accuracy (nominal): 1 to 500 microns *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
